  • In case of high demand or festival seasons, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided after dispatch.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal charge may apply to orders below ₹999.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout before confirming your order.


4. Service Availability

  • Villagers Trend currently delivers across most cities and towns in India through our trusted logistics partners.

  • In remote or non-serviceable areas, orders may be cancelled or require extra delivery time.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to the seller.

  • For COD orders, repeated failed deliveries may affect your future Cash on Delivery eligibility.


6. Order Tracking

  • You can check your order status by logging into your Villagers Trend accountOrdersTrack Order.

  • Tracking details are also sent via SMS and email after dispatch.


7. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

  • If your order hasn’t been delivered within the expected time, please contact our Support Team at

  • Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


8. Preorder Deliveries

  • For Preorder items, the estimated delivery timeline will be mentioned on the product page.

  • Preorder dispatches may take additional time based on manufacturing and availability.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • Please do not accept the package if it appears damaged or tampered with.

  • Report the issue immediately by emailing support@villagerstrend.com with your Order Code and Unboxing Video.
