Villagers Trend - Return & Replacement Policy

At Villagers Trend, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and replacement process under certain conditions.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return or replacement if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The product is missing accessories or parts as mentioned in the description.

  • You received a product different in color, size, or design from what was ordered.

Note: Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging, labels, and tags intact.


2. Return Request Timeline

  • Apparel & Accessories: Within 7 days of delivery.

  • Jewellery & Custom Orders: Not eligible for return unless damaged or wrong product received.

  • Made-to-Order or Customized Products: Non-returnable except in case of wrong or damaged delivery.


3. Return Process

  1. Login to your Villagers Trend account.

  2. Go to My Orders → Select the product → Click on Request Return/Replace.

  3. Upload a proper unboxing video showing the product’s condition at the time of opening.

  4. Once your request is approved, our pickup partner will collect the item from your address.

Unboxing video is mandatory to verify product condition and avoid misuse.


4. Refund Process

  • After product inspection at our warehouse, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method or wallet balance within 5–7 business days of approval.

  • If the pickup fails due to customer unavailability, return requests may be cancelled automatically.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-stitched or altered products

  • Accessories, undergarments, and hygiene products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return reason is seller fault (wrong/damaged item), shipping charges are fully borne by Villagers Trend.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong size selection),

    shipping & return charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


7. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If a customer refuses to accept delivery or is unavailable, the shipment will be returned to the seller (RTO).

  • RTO charges will be deducted from the seller’s wallet.

  • The same product can be re-shipped upon payment of re-shipping charges.
