1. Introduction

This Seller Right of Withdrawal Policy outlines the conditions under which a registered seller may withdraw from selling on the Villagers Trend marketplace.

By registering and listing products on Villagers Trend, the seller agrees to comply with this policy.

2. Right to Voluntary Withdrawal

A seller may voluntarily request withdrawal from the platform subject to the following conditions:

• A written withdrawal request must be submitted via the registered email ID.

• All pending orders must be fulfilled before withdrawal approval.

• No active disputes, refunds, or chargebacks should be pending.

• All platform dues, commissions, penalties, or charges must be cleared.

Villagers Trend reserves the right to review and approve withdrawal requests.

3. Notice Period

• Sellers must provide a minimum 7–15 days prior notice before account deactivation.

• During the notice period, new product listings may be restricted.

• The platform may suspend new orders during the withdrawal process.

4. Settlement of Payments

• Final settlement will be processed as per the regular payment cycle.

• Any refunds, returns, penalties, or customer claims shall be adjusted before final payout.

• Villagers Trend reserves the right to hold payments for a reasonable period in case of suspected fraud or pending disputes.

5. Data Retention

Even after withdrawal:

• Seller transaction records may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.

• Customer invoices and tax records shall be preserved as required under Indian law.

• Confidential business data will remain protected under platform privacy standards.

6. Platform-Initiated Termination

Villagers Trend reserves the right to terminate or suspend seller accounts without prior notice in cases of:

• Policy violations

• Fraudulent activity

• Intellectual property infringement

• Sale of prohibited or counterfeit goods

• Repeated customer complaints

Such termination may result in withholding of payments subject to investigation.

7. Effect of Withdrawal

Upon successful withdrawal:

• Seller access to the dashboard will be revoked.

• Product listings will be permanently removed.

• The seller may not re-register without platform approval.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to seller withdrawal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sikar, Rajasthan (India).
