1. Introduction

These Seller Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Villagers Trend (“Platform”) and any individual or business entity (“Seller”) who registers and sells products on the platform.

By creating a seller account and listing products, the Seller agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Seller Registration

The Seller must provide accurate and complete business information.
GST details, bank account information, and identity verification documents must be genuine.
The Seller is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
Villagers Trend reserves the right to approve or reject any seller registration.

3. Product Listings

The Seller agrees to:

List only lawful and genuine products.
Provide accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
Avoid misleading, false, or deceptive content.
Mention correct HSN codes and tax details where applicable.

Villagers Trend reserves the right to remove any listing that violates platform policies.

4. Pricing & Payments

Sellers are responsible for setting product prices.
Villagers Trend will charge a predefined commission or service fee.
Payments will be settled according to the platform’s payout cycle.
Refunds, returns, penalties, or chargebacks may be deducted from payouts.

5. Order Fulfillment

Sellers must dispatch confirmed orders within the specified timeframe.
Proper packaging and quality control is mandatory.
Delays or cancellations must be communicated promptly.
Repeated order failures may result in penalties or suspension.

6. Returns & Refunds

Sellers must comply with the Villagers Trend Return & Refund Policy.
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, the seller shall bear responsibility.
Refund timelines must be strictly followed.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers must not sell counterfeit or trademark-infringing products.
The Seller confirms having legal rights to sell branded goods.
IP complaints may result in immediate listing removal or account suspension.

8. Prohibited Activities

The Seller shall not:

Sell illegal, banned, or restricted items.
Engage in fraudulent activities.
Manipulate reviews or ratings.
Use fake tracking details.
Violate any applicable Indian laws.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Villagers Trend may suspend or terminate a seller account without prior notice if:

Platform policies are violated.
Fraudulent activity is detected.
Repeated customer complaints occur.
Prohibited products are sold.

Outstanding payments may be held during investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Villagers Trend acts only as an intermediary marketplace.

The platform is not responsible for product quality.
Disputes between buyers and sellers must primarily be resolved between them.
Villagers Trend shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Confidentiality

Sellers must maintain confidentiality of customer data and shall not misuse personal information obtained through the platform.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sikar, Rajasthan (India).
