At Villagers Trend, we are committed to providing a smooth, secure, and customer-friendly shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or refund subject to the terms mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement
A product is eligible for return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product is missing accessories or parts mentioned in the product description.
- The delivered product differs significantly in size, color, or design from what was ordered.
Important:
Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories intact.
2. Return Request Timeline
All eligible return, replacement, or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Jewellery products
- Innerwear, personal care, and hygiene-related products
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page
3. Return Process
- Login to your Villagers Trend account.
- Go to My Orders and select the product you wish to return.
- Submit a return/refund request.
- Upload clear product images and an unboxing video (if available) for verification.
- Once approved, our pickup partner will collect the product from your address.
4. Refund Options
Wallet Refund
- Refunds credited to the Villagers Trend Wallet can be used for future purchases on Villagers Trend.
- Wallet balance cannot be transferred to a bank account or UPI.
Bank Account / UPI Refund
Customers may choose:
- Bank Account Transfer
- UPI Transfer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
5. Refund & Replacement Processing
- Returned products will be inspected after pickup.
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection.
- Replacement orders will be processed subject to product availability.
- Replacement products are generally delivered within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection and the replacement request is approved. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and courier partner serviceability.
- If pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the return request may be cancelled.
6. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, return shipping charges will be borne by Villagers Trend.
- For customer-related reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind, applicable shipping and return charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
If a customer refuses delivery or remains unavailable for delivery attempts, the shipment may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
- Applicable RTO charges may be deducted as per marketplace policy.
- Re-shipping may be arranged after payment of applicable re-shipping charges.
